I’ve been a returning patient here (I had a root canal done at this office last year), but I was extremely disappointed with their billing transparency during my recent cleaning. They billed multiple extra diagnostic services—including a Complete Exam instead of a Recall Exam, a Panoramic image, and a Periapical X-ray—without explaining them to me or asking for consent first. I can't say enough good things about Kiran! She did a fantastic job with my dental cleaning and was so warm and attentive throughout the process. Explaining each step along the way put me completely at ease. If you are ever afraid of getting dental work done, I recommend Kiran. Also, frontdesk lady - sorry forgot her name. She is super helpful and informative about all the questions I had. Thanks.
