Took my car to get looked at due to low oil pressure light on and check engine light. I was told the a $180 diagnostic test would be required. Test came back and they advised my car would need a new starter. Starter plus repairs were 1300. When my car was ready for pick up I drove it for about 6 miles and the same lights were back on. I then took it back to the repair center where I was then told that the oil was over leaking and there was too much oil backed up on the engine that it would not be worth saving. 5-star service at northgate cdjr! The advisors were friendly, professional, and super efficient. Dropped off my Ram for an oil change and recall work, no hassle, clear communication from the advisor, and they had me in and out quicker than expected. Everything was explained upfront, no surprise charges, and the work was done right the first time. I’ll definitely be back for all future service. Highly recommend!
My experience matches that of another review. I have taken my vehicle to this site three times. Each visit resulted in a recurrence of the issue and no effort from staff to correct it other than charging me for another fix. Many more details that unfortunately make this saga much worse. Avoid this location.
Everyone was professional and polite, one of the easiest transaction, and I have bought quite a few cars in my 60+ years. Malachi was our salesman and was very nice and respectful.
