I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM and arrived at the clinic at 1:15 PM. Despite being on time, I was left waiting for over an hour before my name was finally called. After that, I was taken to the examination room, where I had to wait again until 3:30 PM before the doctor arrived. This level of delay is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Spending over two hours waiting for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

I’ve been to this clinic twice, each time with a different doctor, and both visits left me feeling unheard and rushed. It seemed like they made assumptions about why I was there almost as if they suspected I was seeking narcotics without actually listening to my concerns. Poor customer service. I would not recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about this Clinic. I attended as a walk-in patient. The reception staff was very pleasant and they did my admission in a timely manner. Dr. Ismael was very professional ad addressed my concern right away. He referred me for an x-ray, which i was able to get at the X-ray clinic on the same floor. Staff there were also helpful and efficient. Overall, the process was seamless and professional. I can't recommend enough.
