I came and viewed a car with Matt a couple of weekends ago (Nissan Qashqai), he kindly valued my car, and took time on the test drive and talk us through everything we needed to know. Would give 6 stars if I could! What a lovely crew at this place. Felt at ease from the moment I arrived. No questions and answered rushed or unfulfilled, lovely friendly atmosphere, the car and paperwork were all presented well. A clean nice smooth sale/purchase.
JUST THOUGHT I WOULD UPDATE THIS REVIEW, ALMOST 1 YEAR ON AND THE CAR DEVELOPED SO MANY ISSUES IT HAD TO BE SOLD AS SPARES OR REPAIRS AS THE COSTS WERE JUST SPIRALING. I HAVE NOW LOST OVER 2/3RDS OF THE VALUE OF THE CAR PLUS WHAT IT COST ME TO REPLACE IT, NEVER MIND THE HUNDREDS IT HAS COST ME ON REPAIRS OVER THE LAST 11 MONTHS. Would give 0 stars if I could. My experience purchasing a car from Northgate in June 2025 has been a relentless nightmare, completely undermining any trust I had in their service. From day one, a promised key fob battery replacement was ignored, leaving me stranded and struggling to access my vehicle at the most inconvenient times until one of their "mates" finally sorted it.
