We were pleasantly surprised how well we were taken care of! We had to purchase the home without being in the area and Latoya made sure that we understood the home buying process, made sure our home was okay until we got to neighborhood and she even dropped our key off and made sure we were taken care of the day we got here! Our experience has been very positive with this community, mostly thanks to Josh! He was so honest and easy to talk to, ask questions to. You can tell her genuinely cares about the work he's doing. I would trust any home built by Josh because I know he's nit going to cut corners.
We love our house! LaTrenda was great to work with and quick to respond. She gave us updates the whole way and worked with us whenever we wanted to drop by. Josh has been excellent as well, very thorough and helpful the entire time.
