I had my oil changed and an explanation as to why my check engine light was on. Great staff and the work is always done right.
My wife had been unable to avoid an object in the road that scraped the bottom of her car and may have caused a leak. Not sure whether we had a huge problem or no problem, I contacted Northgate Auto Service, and they worked us into their schedule. The answer was we had no problem. But instead of spending hundreds of dollars to find that out from the Subaru dealer, we spent less than $25 with Northgate, and got quick and friendly service to boot. A great resource!
We had a tire mishap while on vacation. The staff were very courteous and timely in fitting us in and assessing the situation. Would highly recommend this place.
