Friendly and Caring We've taken two dogs to this facility and have found the staff to be just tops! From traditional care to the boarding, the service provided for both dogs was terrific. We took one for an extended stay and the care was excellent. We took the other for grooming and she looked awesome when we got her back. I would recommend Northgate over and over.
Outstanding Facility I was new to the area and searched for a reputable animal clinic. I went to Northgate and absolutely fell in love with the Drs. and staff at this facility. They are truly professional and caring to my pets as well as pet parents. I strongly recommend this clinic.
Northgate Animal Hospital Truly care for your pet and you. After years of no contact my return was like old home week. I was remembered and got outstanding service. Pricing was reasonable. Suggestions for how best to care for my new dog showed their concern for the pet as well as how to help me be a better owner/family member.
Nice facility doesn't mean good medicine! Well, this place is a very nice o and has very up to date equipment, but I must say it does not mean it practices good medicine with your pets as priority. I was very rushed and neither of the male doctors there had time to answer my questions. They were also very rude and demeaning to their support staff (they appeared to have a high turnover in the few times I'd been there...I wonder why???) I could only imagine how they treated by pet when I wasn't there. There may be more humble ... read more
