We were excited to bring our puppy for her first vaccination. We had you look after our 2 girls for a number of years and you supported us beautifully as they were put to sleep. Unfortunately your service today was disappointing to say the least. Dr Rebecca if you feel the need to discuss your clients in an unprofessional manner maybe do so after checking that they are no longer in the waiting room or choose a more appropriate place where you can voice your opinions and frustration where they can not be heard. Spent the last 9 days with these guys in an out trying to help one of my furbabies. Through it all northfield have done the most an best that they could. Unfortunately the end result wasn't what we had even considered at first. They cared, the loved, they allowed me to be there through the most critical visit. My heart was broken but the team allowed me through the hardest of tests an stages to be with my girl reassuring she was comfortable. For that I cant thank them enough.
