We have been there recently with our sick fur baby. Dr Bel diagnosed our 16 year old Ragdoll cat Charli with pancreatitis. Dr Bel and her team have taken fabulous care of her and with her ongoing treatment Charli has now recovered and is doing well on her medication. I am very pleased and happy with everyone that I have come into contact with at this vet clinic. I can absolutely recommend Dr Bel and her team.
Changed to Tea Tree Gully vet and the difference in service efficiency, organisation, compassion and knowledge is so much better. We were told by Northfield to go to SASH when our dog was in a lot agony with bloat, because Northfield was closing in half an hour and they would not be able to help. We were told by Northfield to come in immediately and they would attend to our dog. Instead, we waited in the "euthanasia" room and weren't seen to for about 15 minutes. The staff at NVC are super friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and my dog loves coming to visit her friends there!
