Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Doesn't matter who you talk to they are unbelievably rude. IF YOU ARE A CONTRACTOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They have owed me over 8 grand for over 2 months. See you in court!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! MOLDY residence and instead of fixing was thrown out with bare minimum days to find a new rental. So glad I escaped. Still having health issues due to mold. They took money out of my deposit to "fix" mold issues and change locks after I left.... SERIOUSLY??????
Anyone who knows me, I'm vehemently for businesses that are ethical, as an entrepreneur, and business owner myself. So I'm disgusted when I find out a local property management has been illegally breaking laws on so many levels with so many tenants including myself. I've even been the victim after vacating a property a year ago, and them failing to return my deposit by defaulting past the legal deadline of a sent statement, and even texted admission of guilt. The owner who handled the phone call is very rude and talks to you like you're not worth his time. Hangs up without saying goodbye even though there was no argument or anything, blew my mind.
