Great experience! Wendy was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, worth the reasonable price, and had some great suggestions and fixes for the long-term health of our water pipes. She went the extra mile and that means a lot. We will definitely call on Northfield Plumbing again.
Wendy and Jim were prompt with our immediate needs for a new hot water heater. They did a fantastic job providing quotes and getting it installed as soon as possible and were respectful of our home by providing a large drop cloth to keep the carpet clean while they worked.
Wendy was just amazingly. So efficient and professional with her work. She took care of several items for us. Will definitely be thinking about her again if we have any plumbing issues.
I highly recommend Northfield Plumbing. They are efficient, on schedule, easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. We remodeled our bathroom and Nfld Plumbing installed a new tub, new plumbing for the tub/shower, new toilet and plumbing for a new vanity. Every thing worked great and it was a pleasure to do business with them!
Sunday afternoon before Christmas, 25 year old water heater decides it is time to corrode out! 14 kids and grandkids coming in to stay overnight on Christmas eve. A Sunday call to Northfield Plumbing made it to Wendy. Early Monday morning she was un-plumbing the old soldier and mid-morning the new tank arrived. By one p.m. a very relieved wife was taking a hot shower! Thanks Wendy!!
