Had my car for 31 days and charged us 1400 over agreed amount... Went in for a new water pump. anytime we needed an update we had to call. The first time we were met with an "oops we got the wrong part". That added a week and a half to the already 5 days they had my car. After that we called and were told "oops there was an error that occurred during the replacement but dont worry it wont cost you anymore, also were backed up and busy so we have to wait to start it again in a week and a half". Couple weeks ago, my 18-year-old son was driving to his barber in Tilton when he noticed his vehicle felt a little funny and was making a weird noise. He pulled over at the gas station down the street from Northfield Motors and noticed his back driver-side tire lug nuts were loose. Not knowing what to do. He called me, freaking out. I drove down.
