Very nice person and compassionate
I purchased a home from Dream Finders and have been very disappointed. After moving in I experienced cracking and popping tiles on both the floor and shower wall, creaking vinyl flooring, a faulty smoke detector, poor HVAC airflow, master bedroom window not locking and drywall bowing and cracking at seams. Dream Finders refuses to accept responsibility, blames normal settling, doesn’t accommodate scheduling, and has very poor communication. I would not recommend them.
As the buyer’s agent, I had a great experience working with Dream Finders Homes and John. He did an excellent job guiding my first-time buyer client through every step. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped make the process smooth for everyone involved. I appreciate his professionalism and look forward to working together again.
As you read through the reviews many are from real estate agents about helping their clients with their home purchase and the Dream Finders rep, TJ. Well, this one is from an actual home owner. TJ is no longer with Dream Finders and he was the only one that assisted after the sale. I have sent in dozens of warranty requests from holes in the pavement on my front porch to a faulty garage door opener and can’t get anyone to actually show up and fix anything.
