Very nice person and compassionate
I purchased a home from Dream Finders and have been very disappointed. After moving in I experienced cracking and popping tiles on both the floor and shower wall, creaking vinyl flooring, a faulty smoke detector, poor HVAC airflow, master bedroom window not locking and drywall bowing and cracking at seams. Dream Finders refuses to accept responsibility, blames normal settling, doesn’t accommodate scheduling, and has very poor communication. I would not recommend them.
As the buyer’s agent, I had a great experience working with Dream Finders Homes and John. He did an excellent job guiding my first-time buyer client through every step. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped make the process smooth for everyone involved. I appreciate his professionalism and look forward to working together again.

TJ is no longer with Dream Finders and he was the only one that assisted after the sale.
