Bad customer service, one of their employee swears on the phone and uses the "B" word. Very rude and unprofessional, AVOID at all cost.
Brought my car in for what I thought was something minor. Turned out there were some major repairs needed. This is my first time dealing with Northfield Auto. It won't be my last. The prices are very reasonable and the guys that I've dealt with have been absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. I'll be going here for many more years. Thanks guys for the amazing service!!
I am from Quebec. I had an issue with my Crosstrek, they did for my car a good evaluation, they have very good technical knowledge. I will recommend 100%.
