I needed warranty work on my vehicle. Northfield Jeep contracted with CarStar to perform this work. When my vehicle was returned to me I was having issue with the repair. The dealership had me bring back my vehicle to have CarStar address. I was again advised that repairs were completed but upon picking up for the second time the issues persisted.
