RecommendedWe had an overall pretty good experience with them. Our insurance was very frustrating, and took over a year for them to approve our claim. Our insurance ended up making us sign a document that said we couldn’t ask for more, and they didn’t cover everything. Northface did continue working with us for the entire time to make sure we got some of it covered; they did miss a couple of things in their original quote that I felt they should have included (setting the gutters when they replaced the decking is one of them). RecommendedI was a little shocked at how many 5-Star Reviews these guys had before I called them. Jordan and the whole team at Northface were just awesome and got my roof replaced without any hiccups. They have a great reputation and now I see why.
RecommendedI hade a re-roof and sidinging done on my house and detached garage. Northface construction was contacted after a hail storm for roof damage. Got the roof, siding, sofits, gutters and downspouts repleaced. Incredible crew to work with. They were always quick to respond. I was always well informed with every step of the way. 1 crew left some trash by my kids sandbox bit other than that 5 stars.
Awful! Horrible customer service and horrible work! I had my roof replaced and requested to have gutters placed. The work was awful and after a month it has not been fixed. Gutters has not even been brought up again. Sent an email to management and never got a response. Beware!
RecommendedNorthface Construction LLC replaced my roof, gutters and soffits. I’m impressed how they custom fit soffits around the rounded corners on my home and created custom flashing to address a problem area on my roof. Start to finish communication and customer service were both excellent. I’d use them again and will refer friends and family here!
