Anybody can do a good job when everything goes well or according to plan, it is when things go wrong or become horribly frustrating that you see a person’s true character. As with any major construction project, there are times when something just doesn't seem right. I had that feeling several times throughout my roofing project, but mostly due to my inexperience and not knowing the business.
