There should be a zero star option. This company has been jerking us around for almost 6 months. They installed windows in our brand new build that were defective and warped. Numerous calls equals numerous excuses and delays for replacements. Highly recommend you go somewhere else! Update: Shortly after I wrote this, they showed up with the replacements for the defective windows they installed.
