My husband and I cannot recommend Amber enough! We have been looking for a house for about two years. Over those two years, we have seen SO many houses. Amber really saved the day for us. She went the extra mile to get our house sold. At one point she even visited the archives of our tiny town hall of her own volition to try and dig up relevant documents for us. She's not afraid of hard work. She's a great communicator and always on top of the latest updates. She's also skilled at strategy and negotiation. I would highly recommend her as an agent.
We had a hard time finding a house that fit the criteria we needed within our budget. Amber was so helpful to us as first time homebuyers- walking us through the process and answering every question. She stuck by us when we got most of the way through the buying process of one house, only to find out the house had a massively expensive lead paint issue.
