I've used Amber once as a buyers agent then later as a sellers agent. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. She's very responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with and went above and beyond. She answered all my questions and concerns clearly and if she didn't know the answer, she was quick to find it. Highly recommend her services! Thanks for everything, Amber!
Amber is an incredible agent. We just closed on a home with her as our buyers' agent and she went above and beyond to make sure we got across the finish line. I truly believe we couldn't have done it without her, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else as our agent; she's irreplaceable! She is enthusiastic, insightful, and overall just helpful and fun at the same time. She knows all the right questions to ask and is good at figuring out which people to ask them of. She was absolutely invested in our success and I can't r... read more
My husband and I cannot recommend Amber enough! We have been looking for a house for about two years. Over those two years, we have seen SO many houses. We have been under contract twice, and both times, the septic was an absolute disaster. Amber was there every step of the way, making sure everything was thoroughly looked at and asking questions I had not even thought of. She is incredibly thorough, and my husband and I had complete trust in her. We finally, after two years, closed on a home that truly checked all the boxes... read more
Amber really saved the day for us. She went the extra mile to get our house sold. At one point she even visited the archives of our tiny town hall of her own volition to try and dig up relevant documents for us. She's not afraid of hard work. She's a great communicator and always on top of the latest updates. She's also skilled at strategy and negotiation. I would highly recommend her as an agent.
Amber had the experience, patience and knowledge to stick with us thru a dozen possibilities over years. Always saying that after many heartbreaks- that the magic property would come through. We have our dream forest & farm because of her. She's the best and part of the family !!!
