Thank you to Dr. Gouldin and the entire staff of NVP: Alexandria.They were professional, friendly, patient and kind during my recent gum grafting procedure and follow-up appointments. Northern Virginia Periodontics could not have been more professional or competent! While it might not seem possible that an experience with a periodontist could be pleasant, mine certainly was, and I feel grateful for finding Northern Virginia Periodontics. Jennie, Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator, was outstanding in scheduling my consultation, procedure, and follow-up appointment. Dr. Carlos and his entire staff at Northern Periodontics were superb. I required some extensive reconstruction and it was a year long series of procedures. From the beginning, Dr. Carlos and his team explained in detail every step. Despite my apprehension with dentists, they were gentle and there was limited discomfort. Dr Francisco Carlos has made a huge difference in my dental prognosis which was quite bleak. I was in danger of losing two implants due to bone loss, but he skillfully and patiently replaced the bone so I can have full use of my lower jaw. He was extremely kind, polite and provided informative details on procedures and future care. Thank you so much Dr Carlos!
