I went to this practice with low expectations given previous experience I had with oral surgery. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. Dr. Shihabi and the entire team (Courtney, Tray, Nadia, and Yeraldy) were amazing. From the consult to the follow up I was impressed, well informed and had a great experience that has eliminated a lot of the fear I had in accessing dental care. Came with my sister for a wisdom tooth removal appointment planning.Good staff ,explained procedure in a professional manner .My sister was on an important phone call ,one of the staff members walked in and she decided to leave because it was a phone call she couldn’t hang up in a gentle manner .5 minutes later after her phone call was done,a staff member that works at the front desk walked in the room and my sister wanted to apologize for actually excusing herself out for a phone call when she was trying to explain .The gir... read more
