Will never use this guy again!
The worst responsiveness and lack of follow-up I've ever encountered from a service provider. He was recommended by Generac on a generator recall item, kept promising he'd get someone out to help me, yet months later after numerous email requests and no schedule yet, I've given up. It's hard to believe anyone could be this bad and still recommended by Generac.
Owner, Gregg, helped us get our generator replaced by Generac. Our generator was catching fire and running dangerous hot. Pullin Electric did the install and tried for 28 month to fix a wide range of issues but was never able to. Gregg tried to fix but the issues were beyond repair. He worked with us to convince Generac to replace the generator. Generac approved the replacement. New generator was installed and we are very happy. Gregg and his crew are very knowledgable and professional.
