OK, this review was originally a (1) because a zero was not allowed to a (5). Yes, originally- a staff person made errors (and they are no longer there), but when the errors were brought to management attention, they got taken care of. Thanks to the staff of NVFS and the Commonwealth Grants that fund it. Recommendations: stay calm, and as patient as you can.. and double check that they have what they need, and no math or application content errors have occurred. Saved me an eviction at Christmas. Healthlink Dental Program is a DISASTER !!! Don't enroll into this program, you will waist your money and time. It seems that the dental office where they sent me has some king of agreement with Healthlink where new clients only pay 50% of the whole cost. However the regular price for teeth extraction and other services are too high and you will end up paying a standard price in the dental office. Further, Healthlink enrollment fee is $50.
