Beautiful location and nice staff. They don't have e-services, which is weird in this age.
I have been going to Dr. Desai's practice for over a decade now. I started with him in Manassas. My family and I moved to Fairfax County but would still travel back to Manassas for our checkups. We were so elated when he opened an office in South Riding. His staff is always so pleasant and kind. I never feel rushed and always feel heard.
I used to really enjoy this practice. I felt like I was getting genuine care. In the last year or so it has just become a constant money grab every time. I'm at the doctor's office. Trying to tack on extra Labs, and other extra fees. The doctor will be in and out without asking any questions about my health, and it's always a new doctor with no background information on me. Just feels like I'm a quick Buck to them. Will not be going back
I recently started going to Northern Virginia family medicine the doctors and the front desk ladies are the best they listen to you and also makes you feel comfortable to talk if I can give them 10 stars I would have highly recommend this place
Dr Desai is very empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, extremely humble and nicest person, his all staff is awesome. Me & my whole family have been coming to see him sine many years, he really cares about his patients. South Riding location is very clean and modern facility, also have Lab in the office, so you don't need to go to another place to get blood draw. Great family Dr. I can recommend him very proudly "who's looking for best Doctor."
