I had my first root canal today, and feel pretty good. Dr. Cheron is highly capable and knows what he is doing. During the procedure, I had full trust in his skills, and listened to relaxing music. I appreciated the attention to detail - specifically measurements to customize my filling. I feel that Dr. Cheron uses excellent tools, technology, and equipment for patients. I was referred to Dr. Cheron by my dentist for a root canal evaluation and proceeded with a root canal treatment. I had great experiences during all 4 visits with Dr. Cheron and his staff (consult, root canal, and two bleaching follow-ups). The front desk staff were welcoming and went over the costs with me ahead of time. Ever since I was a young child, I have had a fear of dentists. Those bad and bloody experiences traumatized me. But when I visit Dr. Rob Cheron for an appointment, I have full confidence in him. No anxiety and no fear from me, which is saying a lot considering the childhood trauma. Thanks Dr. Rob and his team for their excellent work.
Had an emergency root canal from Dr. Cheron, it was great. I had a bad experience from a previous root canal from a different provider and was nervous going into the procedure but he took very good care of my tooth. The staff were professional and answered all my questions.
I was a patient of Dr Cheron's a few years ago; the experience was phenomenal. His team got me an appointment quickly, everyone was professional, Dr Cheron explained things every step of the procedure, the medical care was incredible and the follow up set the bar for all other medical and dental care experiences since.
