Poor service with all the employees. And given the wrong information and not the same .Gwen laughing at me while I'm talking with her on the and Charlene gave different information to me last week and before another person gave the wrong information..poor service on the phone .
We've been a customer of NOVEC for the last 2 years, but not by choice. With the way electric companies are designed as monopolies in Virginia, we do not have access to any other providers in our area. If I could give zero stars, I would. The number of times we have been without power over just the past 4 months is unacceptable, and NOVEC does not seem to be doing anything to improve the reliability of their service. Always had great experiences with NOVEC. They address our questions in a timely manner, replace streetlight bulbs around the community, we got a refund last year and our monthly bill has actually gone down (thanks to signing up for the EV-1 rate for electric vehicle charging and scheduling our appliances to run at off-peak hours).
