Always had great experiences with NOVEC. They address our questions in a timely manner, replace streetlight bulbs around the community, we got a refund last year and our monthly bill has actually gone down (thanks to signing up for the EV-1 rate for electric vehicle charging and scheduling our appliances to run at off-peak hours). The customer service for this company is truly terrible. I will be attempting to switch electrical companies as soon as possible. It is basically impossible to talk to a representative, especially during outages they will reject any attempt to contact them to an automated system.
