Over the past month I've called three times to set up an estimate. I have not received a single call back. It's a shame because it looks like this company does really good work.
Although we were unable to get a deck with this company, they were great to work with and figuring out what was wrong with the back of our townhome. Structural damage prevented us from obtaining a deck at this time but the customer service especially from president and Oscar were noteworthy. We will definitely employ their services when we are able. Would recommend.

NOVA Deck & Fence were professional, on-time and delivered a quality product! The project manager kept us informed throughout our pergola build, and the workers did an amazing job.
