One Star as the front desk experience was inexcusable I came in today in the middle of a severe lupus flare. Good doctors, not very personable but smart. Horrible support staff. If you like getting your prescriptions submitted on time and correctly or prior authorizations going to the correct insurance companies, I would research and choose another office.

It's a doctor's office, so they get backed up and the staff are sometimes overwhelmed, and they are bound by the same nonsense paperwork and laws as everywhere else. Dr. G is awesome and actually talks to you, though so I'd say they do the best they can and have good doctors, which is what matters.
