The rating is largely due to my experience with the leasing agent Jasmin. She was extremely professional, empathetic, thoughtful, and thorough. Karen Hill and Jasmine Jennings are the loveliest, most professional, friendly, and caring leasing staff I have ever met. Karen helped secure housing for my family's cross country move months in advance and helped us navigate neighbor noise issues, and Jasmine is and was always prompt and knowledgeable about helping us with maintenance and other concerns.
