Always wonderful to deal with for all of my animals (dogs and cats). Understanding that veterinary care in the region can be difficult at times due to the number of pets vs number of vets, but I have always had a great experice with Dr. Fielding and her wonderful crew.
Amazing service. I needed help on a Sunday and called them immediately. I received the advice I needed and am finally able to relax. Considering they were the only Vet that cares to provide service on a Sunday, they went above and beond.
Very disappointed in the customer service I just received. Showed up 8 mins late for my appointment after rushing from site. I was told nothing they can do to help me… when they close over an hour later and “took the next person”. That doesn’t even make sense if your last appointment is at 4:40 that I missed by 8 mins. Won’t be bringing my cat back either and I’ve spent a large amount of money on her here in the past.
