Unfortunately Northern Manitoba hasn't another option, unless you travel out of area 5 hours or 6 hours out of province. What vet turns away an animal in Need of a medical attention all because someone wasn't happy about being ripped off? Since when isn't it ok to call to speak to your vet to ask why you were charged for a service that you clearly said you didn't want?? How is that bad? It's been done since the beginning of time.
