I was really scared when Dr. Neider said I needed a biopsy to check a suspicious spot on my skin. She was so calm and explained every step clearly. The procedure was quick and almost painless. When the results came back, she went over everything with me and made sure I understood. On top of that, I was really struggling after getting a new diagnosis from another doctor and feeling overwhelmed. This place is awesome. Dr. Neider is super knowledgeable but also really easy to talk to...each visit feels more personal and not hurried. The nurses are amazing too. Every visit feels less stressful than I expect. I actually don’t dread appointments here, which says a lot!
I had a bad skin reaction, and Dr. Neider helped figure out what was causing it. She was very kind and took time to explain the allergy tests clearly so I knew what to expect. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable during every visit. Thanks to their care and support, I finally feel better and my skin is healing. I’ve switched doctors a couple of times, and I can honestly say this has been the best so far. Way more professional and engaged than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. I finally feel like I’m in good hands and plan to continue my care here.
