NVD is a very nice and professional office with a great staff that takes good care of their patients. Highly recommend them for all your dermatology needs.
I was a patient at Dorset Street Dermatology, but when I called to schedule an appointment about a suspicious growth they said that they were scheduling into Fall on 2026!! I unfortunately won’t be available then. I used the walk-in clinic on Wednesday morning and was seen that day. Very professional doctor and staff. I also have an appointment before I leave next year for a full scan.
Dr Neider was knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Neider listened to me and I didn’t feel rushed. However, I hate the robot. I don’t like that someone , somewhere is watching and listening to the visit and maybe recording ,for all I know. Love the doctor, hate the robot.
I was really scared when Dr. Neider said I needed a biopsy to check a suspicious spot on my skin. She was so calm and explained every step clearly. The procedure was quick and almost painless. When the results came back, she went over everything with me and made sure I understood. On top of that, I was really struggling after getting a new diagnosis from another doctor and feeling overwhelmed.
