I am always impressed! The First Lady that assisted me in the exam room took my info. I gave her any meds that I am taking and she came back to ask me about one that my chart says I am allergic to but was currently taking. Great catch and attention to detail. Knowing you have staff that pays attention to any and all details is very comforting. 5 star for her and the whole team.
The staff is always pleasant and caring , make you feel welcomed and they have a personal approach, you don’t feel like a number you feel a comfort and compassion that puts you at ease . It’s such a pleasure knowing people genuinely care about you

I have always gone here for my eye care. I recently had an emergency situation and called the office to be seen. The staff member who greeted me on the phone was very accommodating and got me right in to be seen by Dr. Phillips. The staff members and Dr. Phillips made sure to do a thorough exam to accommodate my concerns. I left the office with peace of mind and gratitude for being seen so quickly.
