Unprofessional staff. My wife had an appointment and she was not able to go to the appointment due to a massive migraine, she called and asked if she could reschedule due to the migraine and the lady in the office told my wife that because she didn't call 24hrs in advance to cancel that she would not be able to use the service of the dr office, the receptionist was rude to my wife and now I will file a complaint with the better business bureau.
Very pleased with the care I received from all the staff and they were very caring and helpful in my eye health. Glad I found a new eye care provider after moving into the area.
Excellent patient care. Sensitive to persons with complex needs.
