I took my 87 year old parents who both have health complications, to this clinic for their boosters today and was appalled by the terrible treatment they received. Immediately a big bald dude who seemed to be more interested in playing the bouncer as opposed to helping people, insisted they wait outside in the heat, despite there being numerous unused chairs just inside the premises. I had my Covid booster shot here in late 2021. The nurse was wonderful. I had heard that the (very rare) side effects of the Covid vaccine could be due to inadvertent direct injection into a blood vessel. To ensure against this the nurse puts the needle in, then draws the plunger back very slightly, if blood appears in the syringe, you start over. I checked before booking my booster shot with my GP.
