The office staff are friendly and helpful. Well organized. The doctors are compassionate and supportive. I see Kelly Mitchell who is treating me for the past 4 years and my RA is on check.
First, Dr Saba, who is so kind and suspected I had polymyalgia. Tests showed it was positive. I could barely walk 6 years sgo. I am so thankful my cousin told me about her. It was a bit of a journey weaning me from steroids which was the only thing that worked. So we tried a few things and I have been cmpletely free from that pain. My infusion nurse Anthony is a pleasure and my PA Caitlyn is also a pleasure. I am very grateful for this practice. I have not had any issues since being on this medicine. .
Office phone system sucks. They have no way to leave a message. Trying to get prescription refilled but they have not gotten back to the pharmacy and I have no way to get in touch. Closed on Fridays at 2. My medication is going to lapse and I am already in pain. If I stay on the line they will charge me $25....they suck!
Lindsay Tom has been a godsend! She was able to easily diagnose and treat me!
Been patient here past 4 years, and it has been good in term of care and service. But lately been really frustrating with their phone system and communication. It really hard to reach out to them, they not responding to via phone call or email. Every time I called, when straight to voicemail, and left voicemail but they not returning calls.
