Been patient here past 4 years, and it has been good in term of care and service. But lately been really frustrating with their phone system and communication. It really hard to reach out to them, they not responding to via phone call or email. Every time I called, when straight to voicemail, and left voicemail but they not returning calls.
Office staff have made so many mistakes. They have texted wrong phone number to informing me of canceling my appointment an hour before, causing me take sick leave, drive there for nothing. There was no apologies when I arrived. They do not answer their phones when offices are open. Doctors are fine but the office staff definitely needs more training.
Great Office to use. Dr. Nguyen is so nice always helpful they always return my call. Mimi will call me with my results. She schedules my shots. Anthony does my infusions always tries to get me early so I can get to work. i’ve been using them for over 20 years I would recommend them to anyone
Don’t make my mistake — listen to the reviews about the customer service here! Poor customer service does affect healthcare. I had hoped that because my practitioner is terrific, the terrible service wouldn’t matter. I was wrong. I’m disabled and rely on my husband to drive me to appointments (this practice doesn’t offer telehealth). He took time off work and drove me to my 7:45 a.m. appointment — only to find the office locked. I do not dream of leaving a review, but I think attention is lacking. I arrive at my appointment and they say "hey your insurance is not covered" when it is. I needed urgent pain for my treatment and the only solution is to call your insurance. I lost my time, for a poner service for a medical service
