Lindsay is my favorite medical professional. I was suffering from osteoporosis and she prescribed the correct medication to address my problem. Despite all the other doctors, she was the only one that made me feel better and help improve my golf game.
Absolutely love Lindsay Tom and Dr. Nguyen! Office staff is great and very accommodating!
I couldn’t agree more with Kelsey about this office staff being horrible. The receptionist at this office will answer the phone and hang up. When you call back she lets AI answer. If you keep trying to get a live person, she immediately just put the call on hold to music. They are dealing with people in pain with autoimmune conditions and they don’t seem to give a rats ass about any of us, well at least me. Mixed bag, the doctors definitely are competent and kind. Terrible Administration. Trying to receive a prescription refill is a nightmare! Imagine waiting five days after your appointment for a prescription or prescription refill. The doctors are great but their office management is trash at best. *Update* The medical team did improve their responsiveness and now follow up after all bloodwork. Increasing to four stars as the office administration and personableness of the staff has improved.
My mom has been coming to this office for over 10 years and has been a loyal patient but they are absolutely horrible. She is simply trying to get her prescription refilled at the correct location and has tried to call 3 separate times and has spoken to the office manager, Mimi, who was extremely rude, disrespectful, and lied constantly on the phone.
