My mom has been a patient at Northern Va Center For Arthritis since July 2024 when she was referred to them for her low bone density problem. But after a little over a year of experience, I decided to look for somewhere else for her care. This entire office is top notch! Friendly & efficient staff. Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. Took time to listen, asked questions, looked through medical reports on my patient portal, and is doing a thorough review of my medical history before making recommendations. I'm thrilled with his thorough analysis, time and attention! THANK YOU! P.S. The Phlebotomist was absolutely amazing!!! ... No pain or discomfort and very personable. An A+ Dr.
Lindsay is my favorite medical professional. I was suffering from osteoporosis and she prescribed the correct medication to address my problem. Despite all the other doctors, she was the only one that made me feel better and help improve my golf game.

I couldn’t agree more with Kelsey about this office staff being horrible. The receptionist at this office will answer the phone and hang up. When you call back she lets AI answer. If you keep trying to get a live person, she immediately just put the call on hold to music. They are dealing with people in pain with autoimmune conditions and they don’t seem to give a rats ass about any of us, well at least me.
