Nurse Jenna was abrupt and rude, and told me I would need three separate surgeries for kidney stones. She also used scare tactics, saying I would get sepsis if I didn't proceed. I sought a second opinion from another urologist, who confirmed I didn't need surgery at all and that the stone could pass naturally. Based on my experience, I felt pressured into unnecessary treatment rather than being given balanced, patient-centred advice.
