NTM used to be a great company, but have really gone down hill. They would never show up when they were scheduled, & when they did show up, the guy would sit in his truck for 45 minutes before getting out. He had to come back a few times as he was never prepared, & brought his girlfriend one time, & a young kid the other & would continue to sit in his truck, leave with his girlfriend or kid. He charged us for stuff that he didn’t do. Would never use them again.

Got routed to them for sprinkler winterization a couple years ago when the one I used locally retired. Have had zero issues until this year. Same as the other 1 star reviews I emailed/called/texted and no response/reply. No post card to say anything on winterizing sprinkler system.
Seeing other reviews, I know I'm not alone with this experience in 2021 with NTM. NTM used to be fantastic. Over the years I have recommended them to many family and friends. Something changed this year (2021) and they have the absolute worst customer service and don't care about their customers. This spring they were supposed to come out to start up the sprinkler system.
