Was not forthcoming with excessive fees, did not respond to various emails, did not explain services, did not identify account accurately, would not disclose rate of return which appeared skimpy at best, refused to answer questions posed, sent mail to incorrect address even after correction sent. Overall, extremely displeased with this outfit.
My experience with Northern Trust, Bonita Branch over twenty years has been excellent with superb personal service. It just couldn't have been better with contact at least weekly!!!
