Honestly I don’t know how this is still a bank. Their average clientele is 85. The online app is clunky and often broken. The bankers treat everyone like they are there to rob the place (especially POC, my nanny is literally afraid to go in). The corporate customer service is a literal joke. This bank won’t exist in a decade.
Shameful. Consistently mediocre to poor service from our personal banking team.

Hooray! The office now carry’s Euros at the office rather than having to order them and then waiting for the currency to arrive.
