I’m starting to question the legitimacy of this company. It’s extremely frustrating that there is no way to reach an actual person by phone. The only contact provided is a 1-800 number where you can’t even leave a message. For a business operating at this level, this lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase down basic support or be left without any clear way to get assistance. Very disappointing experience.
The one star is for the sweet receptionist who has repeatedly tried to assist me. Despite repeated calls to get an accurate fax number and to talk to someone regarding a very simple issue, the voicemails requests are never acknowledged from the Benefits Dept.
Still no operator to leave a message, extremely poor customer care from this division. Will be reaching out to head office in the US about this. And informing my company about this as well so they may review the corporation as a whole.
