Very shady place. They only accept cash??? Seriously? When I appeared shocked by this the receptionist told me I was insulting her as this is a doctors office. I agree with the rest of the Google reviews this receptionist is extremely rude
Receptionist is very rude Even when trying to set up appointments Before my appointment she kept letting other people go before me even if my appointment was before theirs Then She told me she wasn’t ready for me and l waited a long time as she was getting rizzed up by another customer after my vaccination Waited 30 minutes instead of just 10 Very unprofessional place Wouldn’t recommend The doctor was quite unfriendly too
The office should fire the receptionist. I had to take time off work twice, only to be cancelled a few minutes beforehand. If she is the owner, total arrogance and disrespect. Go to the clinic on Vancouver Street, happy place and nice staff.
