I went to the Williams Lake office of the Nothern Travel & Vaccination Centre and am extremely pleased with the service I received from both Costina and Dana! They made sure that I was comfortable and truly cared about my well-being, especially as someone who struggles with needles! And they never made me feel bad about that either. Very shady place. They only accept cash??? Seriously? When I appeared shocked by this the receptionist told me I was insulting her as this is a doctors office. I agree with the rest of the Google reviews this receptionist is extremely rude
Receptionist is very rude Even when trying to set up appointments Before my appointment she kept letting other people go before me even if my appointment was before theirs Then She told me she wasn’t ready for me and l waited a long time as she was getting rizzed up by another customer after my vaccination Waited 30 minutes instead of just 10 Very unprofessional place Wouldn’t recommend The doctor was quite unfriendly too
