Terrible customer service. Not to mention the sales associates lie when asked very specific information. They will not honor their manufactures warranty even though the equipment clearly experienced a workmanship defect. Terrible do not waste your money.
I believe they could improve on customer service, informative and understanding of refund policy on gasoline products. Training issue stems from management not well verse in customer service. Will not shop at this location, Katy texas.
