I am an advantage member, and ordered 2 handheld CB radio via customer service. One radio faulty out of the box and had a bad microphone. Initiated a return via phone customer service and because the items was fulfilled by a 3rd party I cant return until that 3rd party responds to Northern Tools request. It has been 2+ weeks and still no response from the fulfiller. Northern Tool Customer service say they escalated the case and need to wait another 5 day before I should expect to hear something form them! How about just ship... read more
