On 2 occasions I have had horrible customer service. The first was with the very rude mechanic and the second was Bill the dumb manager. Decent products, but bottom of the barrel employees!!
First time I heard about Northern Tool store was when my pressure washer died and manufacturer advised me to repair it at Northern Tool store. When I delivered my pressure washer to the store, I was told that it will take a day or two to find out what the problem was and a week or two to repair it, depending on how soon the parts will arrive. Bought a high pressure soap shooter and 12' extension wand that they believed would work together. Well it did not and went to return, but the female manager on the floor said no return because it had been used. Well it didn't work like they said it would. So it's my fault...I don't think so.
Its sad when your vehicle is broken into on your premises and the employees are not willing to call the cops. I wonder if someone would have got shot or killed would they have dialed 911.Corp needs to hire new employees. Employees don't need to be heros just dial 911 for help!!!
Northern Tool has quality tools at excellent prices. They are always my first stop when I am looking for tools.
YOU CAN TAKE ANYTHING IN TO THIS PLACE AND THEY CAN GET YOU THE DUPLICATE PART. THEY CHROME STUFF, THEY MAKE PARTS FOR YOU, OR THEY PUT THEM ON FOR YOU. HONEST, NOT MATTER WHAT YOU NEED, FOR AN OLDIE, OR A CURRENT MODEL YOU CAN GET IT HERE. THEY EVEN REPAIR STUFF LIKE BRAKES AND GET TIRES, AND ANY REPAIR EITHER ON A OLD OR NEW CAR. JUST ASK THEM.
Every man will grunt when you walk into this store. Wall to wall tools and equipment. It's like a toy store for grown up men.
