Prices aren't too bad. Customer service is weak to average. I like this store but find that I rarely purchase from here. I usually get my tools from Harbor Freight Tools.
Horrible customer service and accountability. Purcahsed a wood stove. Got it home and partially uncrated, it was damaged. Of course the employees dont have the integrity to just admit they screwed up and send it with me anyway. I had to borrow a trailer to pick it up in the first place. Now I have to haul this 400lb broken stove (looks like side has been caved in by a fork lift) back to the store after I have to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement to come in. My compressor went out and I was on a dead lineso I bought a $1,600 Quency air compressor. I explained I did paint and body work and I was told it would do more then I would ever need. The first week the pressure switch went out. Under a serious deadline for a car show I went back to store they told me sorry bout your luck call Quency. Lets see...Count on them to take a minimum of 4 weeks for warranty work on pressure washers. They label them industrial but they really are $4000 pieces of residential crap. Broke 1st month we had it after 3 uses. Have replaced the pumps 3 times. Then they refuse to give you the parts so you can do it yourself since they take a MONTH! Ken the manager will treat you like crap even being 6 months pregnant. Theres a reason they only have one store. If you can't find what you want at the big box hardware stores, go to Northern Tool. They sell the "good" stuff.
I recently (1 month and 2 weeks ago) purchased a pair of Gravel Gear Steel Toe work boots and the soles are already becoming detached from the boot. These boots were not cheap and now unsafe to wear on the construction site.
The other 2 reviews HAVE to be friends of the owners. By far, Hands down the worse place I've ever bought parts from. One of the parts didn't fit correctly so I had to return it. That was the worse experience ever. He told me he didn't LEND out parts ???? Really?! Im the first person to return an item?? Wow. Very very over priced.
