Very poor customer service from Young lady working the day I went in to pick up my online order. I had a part number I had got off website and wanted her to order. She repeatedly said we don’t order parts. Then she said I had an attitude. Young man who checked me out seemed baffled by how to order the part for the hose reel when I handed him the part number. You use to have a middle age man that was very friendly and helpful.
Visited the establishment on 04/07/2026 looking for a particular item. The employee who helped me named Shania W, was very friendly and assisted me to find the item I was searching for. I also saved 5 dollars by adding my email, which is a plus to save any kind of money. Always a great experience when I shop at this location. They seem to have the exact tool or item that I need every time I visit. Definitely recommend this location for your got to have tools.
The experience online was fantastic. But this item were in stock at the store but not as a combo deal. They were $40 each and the manager would not honor the deal online. After driving 100 plus miles, at the time the inventory was showing in stock, but once at the store it was showing online only. I would not have driven that far if it was not in stock. I would've just ordered it online from the start.
This 10 year old Powerhorse is running great after a service and a "1/2" oil change. I had to add more 10w30 to it. Northern Tool service in Jackson didn't put enough oil in it. Service guy Mike says, "they don't even make any parts for this thing anymore!" This Powerhorse generator is only 10-11 years old, and I bought it bran new from this store back in 2014-15. Went in there with great enthusiasm wit our minds made up on three pieces of equipment. A tiller, wood chipper and a walk behind trimmer. We ended getting the Powerhorse tiller. We were told we would get a boxed unit but were told that it may take a day or two?? We ended up getting the floor model. Least of our worries at this point😡. This is when the trouble started. Not one if the people working there offered linnheling load up the unit into our SUV. A customer seeing our angst helped us lift the unit into the SUV.... read more
