I bought a Stihl weed eater at the Lakeland store with warranty in may with them promising to do any repair that needed to be done. In July the string coil broke. I took it to them they said they did away with their mechanic till further notice. Told me to take it Tampa or Orlando store to get it fixed. I told them why would I spend 30$ in gas and 2 + hrs of my time for a free repair that they promised to fix when I bought it. Would not recommend them to anybody. Received broken lift cart needed for job in shop. Northern would not send me a good one until they got their junk back. i Went to a reputable company yo get a lift cart in time and sent their junk back. Northern SUCKS!

So I went to Northern Tools for the first time and found it to be a place with reasonable prices and good customer service. Candie and the rest team made me feel at home and I will definitely make Northern my home for tools.
Terrible company!!!!!! I ordered a Christmas gift from them expecting it to be delivered in a reasonable time. Well 4 days before Christmas I received a message from Amazon stating they have yet to ship the item. Well I messaged them to ask when it would be shipped. Nothing, nada, zero response! Then 3 days before Christmas I received a message that they canceled my order and never even responded to my message. Who does that. At least respond and say something. Who does that.
