I bought a Honda Lawn Mower at Northern Tool & Equipment in Jun 2013. I bought an extended warranty through June 2016. I was told by the clerk it covered everything. He stated if you run over a rock, you are covered. If for any reason your lawn mower won t work while under warranty, you are covered. It won t cost you a dime. Well it didn t cost me a dime. Extremely rude. I bought a generator on sale and it wouldn't start. A few days later I took it back to have them take a look at it and as I was walking in the door one of clerks yelled in my direction 'Don't expect a warranty on that since you bought that on sale'. I am not sure how he knew I bought that on sale but nonetheless I wouldn't think if you bought something on sale you would lose the warranty.
