Bought a Powerforce mower less than a month ago. Drive belt keeps coming off. Been back to NT for repairs under warranty. Its taking too long, and I would think they would give priority to a brand new mower purchased there rather than random mowers coming in for repairs. Nope. They act like oh well, too bad you just have to wait your turn. They said its easy to put the belt back on, or basically do it yourself pal. Sorry, its under warranty.
