The culture, language and attitude and language is absolutely vile. Arrogant. Let me expound. Walk into Woodbury location yesterday with a failed pressure washer hose (50 ft, 3/8 diameter, 4000 psi). Northern sells for $169.00 They are available all over internet from $30-90. I find same product, same fittings, length, color, stamped ID in the rubber. My purchased hose is less than 18 months old.
