Out in an online order at 8 am, went to pick up item and it was not there. Another employee was involved and said he knows exactly what happened, then told the inventory people accidentally count the display model door inventory. So they knew since 8 am that my order was not there but the couldn't be bothered to call or even email me.
The staff at this location are great. They point me in the right direction and I was in and out quick, thank you.
