These guys are TERRIBLE. Delay after delay... excuse after excuse. When I complained about another delay, 'Casey' decided to try and use insults as a way of fixing the situation. In the end they went and did some things without even notifying me, which cost me a bunch of money in my sale. TERRIBLE COMPANY... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!
I am giving this furniture store a 5 star rating which could have easily been a 1. On one shopping occasion we had just horrible service. The help was all chatting with each other. We had a question about a recliner we bought there and they had me write the problem on a note and said "someone would call". No one ever did. We were in the store over an hour to ask about the chair and buy a futon mattress. It was unreal, however, after a few weeks, I decided to write this store and let them know what I thought of their service.... read more
